We had a great experience at Deland Kia. Ethan was an incredible salesman - we wanted to come back and look at some other cars so we texted him a list and they were all pulled ready to go, and he did his homework on the new models. We actually found a better deal elsewhere but wanted to purchase with Deland Kia to make sure Ethan got the deserved credit for his work. The lady in financing (can’t remember her name, Alexandria I think) was also amazing. Super patient with us and explained every detailed and answered every question I had.

I went in frustrated with my 2015 Jeep and wanted to go brand new. As soon as I got out of my car Mina walked right up too me introduced himself and made me feel right at home. He showed me a few cars, I picked what I loved, we took it for a nice test drive and I fell in love with it. He walked me through the whole process in just a few short hours. Had the car filled up with gas and detailed beautifully!!! He made what I thought was going to be a painful process into a pleasure. I would recommend anyone to buy a car at Kia in DeLand and make sure they all for him. The next day he called me personally and asked how everything was going? He walked me through a few questions I had and assured me anything else I needed to call him. Explaining all the bells and whistles was not an easy process for me but he took the time to listen to me and show me everything. My experience this past Friday with the Service Dept was excellent… Kimberly was my advisor and she was very kind & charming. She asked me what work/ maintenance I needed addressed & answered all my questions… indicating it would take about 45 minutes and that she would keep me apprised. I went into the waiting room which had some great donuts and coffee etc. The waiting room has a television 📺 for your entertainment and comfortable chairs etc. Kimberly came in once to tell me it was going to be 20 more minutes and when my car was ready. The staff at Deland Kia is typically friendly and helpful… it was a good positive experience and I’ll be back again, this is my 3rd vehicle purchased at Deland Kia.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Greeted by Kim ( advisor) who went over what was to be done to my vehicle. She kept me advised on the progress of my car.Time est. 1 1/2 hrs and I was out in 1 hour. Service and Kim was fantastic
