One of the best dealership experiences I have had, and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. Will Martinez my salesperson and Jorden in finance were amazing and easy to work with. No pressure at all. They were willing to work a majority of the deal over the phone which was awesome since I live an hour away. Once I arrived at the dealership everything was exactly as discussed. Everything was ready when I arrived (paperwork and vehicle) which made the process a lot faster and more efficient. It was one of the fastest vehicle purchases I have ever made. No unwanted dealer add on's to the price or pressure to purchase any additional unwanted products. I highly recommend this dealership! Very satisfied!!

Horrible service department and communication. I will never come here again. I called and spoke to a lady in the service department. I told her that our 2019 Optima (bought brand new from them) had paint peeling off of the hood and asked if that was something that was covered under warranty. The lady on the phone said yes and made an appointment. I drove over an hour for my appointment just for the guy at the counter to tell me that it was not covered under warranty and asked if I wanted an estimate for them to repaint it. They obviously just wanted to get me here. There is no way the paint should be peeling off the hood after only 5 years. I will never buy another Kia after this experience.

I had an amazing experience at DeLand KIA this week all due to 2 people Steven Melendez and Karen! If not for them I would still be in my old upside down car! My loan had a 14k payoff…Steve went in and got my loan paid off and got me into an amazing Mazda C-30 w/10k miles a few dollars more than my old payment! I purchased a Kia Seltos 2022 in October of 2024. I also purchased a extended protection package. I had a problem with the GPS recognition system connected to my Samsung Galaxy 23. The sales person could not figure it out. So I set an appointment to have it fixed. The initial tech person couldn't figure it out. So he sent it over to the shop advance technician. After they said it was fixed I drove off only to find out it wasn't fixed at all. This is really frustrating to say the least. I'm left to schedule another appointment. Hopefully they can resolve this issue.
